The craftsmanship of a remarkable watch. The possibility of sharing its ownership. Divvi brings the two together.
Divvi’s model centres on sourcing collectible timepieces, structuring fractional interests, and managing the journey from acquisition to eventual sale. Each offering needs its own documented rights, costs, custody arrangements, and risks.

Understand what your interest represents, what it costs, and how decisions are made before participating.
Review custody, insurance, and exit terms. A collectible is an investment with risk, not a promise of appreciation.
Six stages. One considered process. Understand the journey before you take part.
Specialist research, provenance, and condition assessment come first. The watch and its supporting documents form the basis of each offering.
The timepiece is divided into investment interests. Offering documents need to explain the legal rights, costs, and terms attached to each share.
Eligible investors review the offering and complete the required onboarding before participating. Availability and eligibility depend on the offering.
Once an offering is funded, shares are allocated. Review the custody arrangements, insurance cover, and exclusions in the specific offering documents.
The watch is held under the offering’s management arrangements. Prices can move in either direction and an investment may need to be held for years.
When the watch is sold, net proceeds are distributed according to the offering terms after applicable fees and costs. Profit and an exit date are not guaranteed.
Divvi’s published fee model is shown here as a reference. Final fees, calculation methods, and other expenses must be confirmed for each offering.
Published model for ongoing management costs. Check the fee base, timing, and included services in the offering documents.
Published model on profit at resale. Check the definition of profit and the order in which costs are deducted.
A fractional interest whose rights are defined by the offering’s legal structure and documentation. It is not a right to wear or take possession of the watch unless the documents expressly say so.
Divvi’s existing website describes shares starting at US$500. The minimum and currency for a future offering must be confirmed in its documents before you invest.
Do not assume an immediate exit. A secondary marketplace is a planned feature, not an available service on this website. Transfers depend on offering terms, eligibility, and buyer demand.
Divvi’s model includes third-party authentication, custody, and insurance. The provider, coverage limits, exclusions, and your rights must be specified for each offering. Insurance does not protect against a fall in market value.
No. Collectible watches can fall in value, be difficult to sell, and incur ongoing costs. Historical performance is not a reliable promise of future returns. You may lose some or all of your investment.
